Duck Stats provides external monitoring, alerting and status-page hosting. You may only monitor systems you own or are authorized to monitor.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Don't use Duck Stats to probe systems without permission, to launch or amplify attacks, or in any way that violates law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work hard to keep Duck Stats reliable but provide it "as is," without warranty. Monitoring is a best-effort signal and not a guarantee that your systems are healthy. We aren't liable for losses arising from missed or delayed alerts beyond the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
